I began my career in a hands-on, entry level role. That foundation gave me something most product strategists don't have: a genuine understanding of what breaks, why it breaks, and what it costs.

Over 18 years , I worked my way through IT support, business systems analysis, and into senior product ownership — leading launches that expanded lending portfolios, improved application workflows, and introduced entirely new customer segments into enterprise products.

Now, as a consultant, I bring that full-stack perspective to organizations that need more than a facilitator. They need someone who can think strategically, work technically, and deliver practically.
